    About reservation and use

  • What time is check-in and check-out?
    Check-in: 3:00pm ~ 7:00pm Check-out: 7:00am ~ 10:00am
    ■If you arrive at our facility after 7:00pm, please contact us in advance.
  • About payment methods
    You can pay in cash or by credit card at our facility.
  • Is there a cancellation fee?
    Our facility’s cancellation policy is as follows.
    ・14 days before: 50 % of the accommodation fee
    ・7 days before: 100 % of the accommodation fee
    ■Unless it is possible to access to our facility physically, such as in case of highway closures due to show, cancellation fees will apply. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Is it possible to stay with my pet?
    Only dog cabins (standard / grande) are dog-friendly.
    It is equipped with a private dog run, so you can enjoy a relaxing stay with your dog.
    If you stay with your dog, we kindly ask that you bring the certificate of the rabies vaccine.

    *Please refrain from entering the administration building with your dog. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Can minors stay on their own?
    If minors are staying without a guardian, a parental consent form for minors staying at our facility is required, so please download, complete, and bring the “Parental Consent Form for Minors Staying at Our Facility.”

  • Do guests of foreign nationality need to present their passport at check-in?
    Yes. In accordance with the Japanese law (Hotel Business Act), guests of foreign nationality who do not have an address in Japan are required to present their passport and provide a copy of it.
    Our receptionist will check it at check-in, so please have them ready.
  • Can I drive my car to the room?
    Yes. You can park one car per unit.
    For additional cars, please use the shared parking lot.
  • Does it snow there?
    From early December to around the end of March, there is a risk of snowfall and frozen roads.
    If you come to our facility by car, please make sure that your vehicle is equipped with winter tires.

  • Do you provide pajamas?
    We do not provide pajamas or loungewear.
    We kindly ask guests to bring their own sleepwear for their stay.

  • Is it possible to have a BBQ and meal even if it rains?
    Yes. Each tent is equipped with a dining space where you can enjoy meals even if it rains.
  • Do you have Wi-Fi?
    Yes. It is available at each unit.
  • Is it possible to use a BBQ grill?
    You can use a BBQ gas grill installed at each unit for free.
  • I’d like to use a pool. Do you rent or sell swimwear?
    I am afraid we do not rent or sell them at our facility, so please bring them by yourself.
  • About meals

  • Is it possible to bring ingredients and beverages?
    Yes. You can freely bring them to our facility.
    Bring your favorite ingredients and beverages and enjoy your original stay.
  • Do I need to prepare charcoal for BBQs?
    No. The dining space at each unit is equipped with a large BBQ gas grill and available for free, so there is no need to prepare charcoal.
  • Are seasonings available?
    Yes. Each dining space has salt, pepper, soy sauce, and olive oil. Please feel free to use them.

  • Is it possible to do fireworks?
    You can enjoy them at the designated area.
    We prepare buckets for fireworks as well.
    ■To ensure safety for all our guests, only handheld fireworks are allowed. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Is it possible to bring a fire pit, grill, and firewood?
    For safety reasons, bringing fire-causing equipment is prohibited.
    Please use the installed BBQ grill at each unit.
    Additionally, each unit is equipped with a dedicated fire pit, and we provide a bundle of firewood for free.
    You can purchase additional bundles at the reception.
  • Is it possible to smoke?
    We prepare ashtrays next to the administration building and in the outdoor deck space at each unit. It is possible to smoke there.
    Smoking is prohibited in each tent and the dining space. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Important Notes from Our Facility
    As our facility is surrounded by nature, you may encounter insects.
    Rental insect repellent is available for free at our facility, and we also prepare pesticide in each room. If necessary, please bring your own insect repellent and other items for yourself.
