Mt. Fuji Panoramic Ropeway

This ropeway connects the lakeside of Lake Kawaguchi with the top of Mt. Tenjo (Tenjosan) at an elevation of 1,075 meters.
From the observation deck at the top, you can have a panoramic magnificent view of Mt. Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi, and it is known for a great photo spot.
In addition, it was the setting for the Japanese children’s story “Kachi-kachi Yama (Clack Clack Mountain).” The dolls of the racoon dog and rabbit from the story are hiding in the ropeway gondolas and the observation deck, so let’s see how many you can find!
